Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.
If you are still having trouble launching the Acrobat 2020, please try these steps:
1- Restart your computer; sometimes a simple restart is required to run the application correctly.
2- Launch Acrobat, and if it doesn't open, check the Task Manager (Win) or Activity monitor (Mac) to see if it shows in background processes.
3- If yes, then select all of the Acrobat Processes and End Task or Quit Process
4- When nothing works, uninstall the application using the cleaner tool:
