I have a user who upon opening any PDFs will get notifed by Adobe that recovered files were found and she has 2 options review them or delete them, Either options will freeze her adobe and not allow her to to view the document she wanted to. She has to force close it via task manager and then repeat said issue again. Attempts to Uninstall, Repair and Reinstall did not resolve this issue. I was unable to attach all the logs that were retived using the adobe Diagnostic tool. Please let me know which ones are needed and i will upload them

Hope you are doing well.
Please update the application to the recent version 24.02.20736 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau... and see if that works.
If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
