Hi

Keep receiving this message when trying to save to sharepoint even after opening the pdf through adobe. Abobe is linked to sharepoint. I can check out and check in docs but not save. I have tried the suggestions of adding the sharepoint site to the trust manager, and disabling protected mode under advance security.

Any help would be appreciated as I don't want to have to do a work around.

Thanks

You may be able to work around that in Control Panel => Credential Manager.

Clear all the cache associated with credentialing services and web services.

It seems that the file sync services break after a while and files and directories doesn't get properly updated on real time.

This is true for OneDrive users with personal and business accounts, but it may work for Sharepoint.

When you do that make sure that your Adobe Acrobat is closed before you try again.

The integration won't work
