Every time I open a pdf in adobe acrobat it crashes or freezes too much, it should be noted that this is an original version of the product and not pirated.

PDFs downloaded and created by me in Illustrator have the same problem. (locals only)

This doesn't happen when I open it in the browser.

some times after starting and failing, it works normally, but the program frame turns light blue (like Windows XP or 7 system)

I have Windows 11 Home

psdt: sorry for the quality of english.

Hi @Kevin30828328ev79

Sorry for the delay in addressing your issue and the trouble caused.

It seems your Acrobat hasn't been updated to the new view. Also, it continues to crash during startup.

you have already tried removing and reinstalling the application, we'd request you to try it once again following these steps:

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

Download the Acrobat installer from here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Let us know the result.

Thanks,

Akanchha
