Adobe Acrobat DC 2017

Since the offline activation does not work with Adobe Acrobat 2020 I have had to revent back to using Adobe Acrobat 2017.  I am attempting to gater all of the updates for Acroabat 2017, but the following dated updates links do not work:

From the list above this are FTP links.  To get the updates you will need to "Copy Link" and paste into a File explorer.  

However there are still two updates that I am having issues getting:
