Adobe Acrobat DC won't open a pdf completely

When opening an email attachment, any pdf will not open correctly. The top half of my screen is blank and I can only see the bottom of the doc. I have run through the repair process and this didn't fix it. I have turned my computer off & restarted and that worked for a couple of hours but it is doing the same thing again.

Any help would be appreciated

There is a new update for Adobe Acrobat.

If you jave not applied that update yet try that first and post back if the problem still manifests after the update.

Hey there!

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused. As shared above  "When opening an email attachment, any pdf will not open correctly. The top half of my screen is blank and I can only see the bottom of the doc"

Have you started experiencing this issue recently? Is there any changes that you have applied in system or application recently?

You may check the following-

1- Acrobat and Reader official update (2019.021.20047) is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.
More information about this release is here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader  https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

2- As mentioned, restarting system has helped for a while. Then, if update doesn't work you may try removing the application using cleaner tool : http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html and reinstall it.

Thanks,

Akanchha
