Why Adobe Acrobat is hanging everytime I access a PDF file. The moment a PDF file comes in a windows browser, the whole system hangs for about 3 to 5 minutes before I could perform any tasks. I am using windows 10 with Intel i7 / 64 GB Ram and 1 TB SSD Drive.
Adobe, Please provide solution to this bizzare issue ASAP!

Here for the same reason. It's been getting a bit slow, but this morning I have a very small document (2 pages) that's nearly impossible to navigate without issues. Lots of graphic display issues.
File size is 1.4mb. Will be posting about this in a minute.

Hi Umair26400712vx0h and turner111,
Thank you for reaching out.
As the application hangs, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-system-errors-freezes-windows.html.
If the above suggestion does not work, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
- Reboot the machine
- Install Adobe Acrobat Pro from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
If that does not help, try creating a new user account on our machine and install Acrobat. Then, check if you experience the same behavior on a new user account.
Also, let us know if the issue occurs with every PDF or some PDFs. Try checking with different-sized PDFs.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
