Adobe does is not recognizing files that are from AutoCad/AutoDesk. I have used Adobe for years to change AutoCad ".dwg" files into .".pdf" files. When I try to do it now I get a screen that says that the DWG files are compatible, and down below another message that says that Adobe does not recognize AutoCad "DWG" files. I have a screen photograph of the message but I do not know how to send it to you. Please help, I need to send drawings to my enginnering consultants'. Reply to Jose E [private info deleted]

This is a completely different topic. You should start a new discussion if you want prompt answers. Also, don't post private data like emails. Adobe has a message system built into the forums. [Moved to new discussion]

Are ".dwg" files supported by Adobe. I sent file to you about 3 days ago, and was told that you were able to open it and that you were able to create a ".pdf" file from it. Was the message I received correct?

>>>I sent file to you about 3 days ago,
Sent a file to who? Not me--I do not work for Adobe.
Do you have AutoCAD installed? If so, what version?
