Adobe Acrobat opens every time I export a PDF from an MS Office app on Mac OS. I don't want it to do this. It never used to do this. And there is no option to turn it off. Does anyone have a resolution or am I going to have to find an alternative to Adobe?

That made no difference. There must be a setting somewhere that causes it to open any pdfs created using the adobe plugin to open adobe acrobat. I need to fix it because Adobe freezes each time it happens
