Adobe Acrobat: PDF edit, convert, sign tools

New Here ,

hi Adobe service,

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat: PDF edit, convert, sign tools many times. However, my account is still unable to use it. When I click on "Adobe Acrobat: PDF edit, convert, sign tools" (as shown in the image below), there are no function so I cannot edit files, add my signature, or save changes to the link shared by my colleague.

I also found that the website address is not "abobe.com" as below image. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Hi @sophia_9116,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

The screenshots shared below show different accounts.

The one where you see the site as https://adobe.ly/4g7mXMe has already been connected to Acrobat through the Google Suite connector, while the second account is not yet linked to Acrobat, thus the change on the website.

Clicking the link on the second screenshot will first take you to the Google connector site for Acrobat to link the account, and then operations can be carried out as usual.

Coming back to the issue of not being able to edit files, are you trying the workflow on the web version of Acrobat or the desktop application? Also, please ensure that you are logged in to the application with the email address that has an active subscription.

Also, I checked the customer support ticket that was open with your registered email address. It looks like you are trying to edit a file that has been shared to you through Acrobat.

In such cases, I suggest creating a copy of the file, making the changes, and then re-sharing it with colleagues.

Hi Souvik,

Thank you very much for your help and reply. Please let me explain my problem again:

I’ve tried accessing all three software tools (including Adobe Acrobat: PDF Edit) using my Google account (S) on my Chrome browser, but none of them have worked. However, when I used my colleague’s Google account on my Chrome browser to access Adobe Acrobat: PDF Edit via their saved Google Drive link, I was able to open, edit, and save the PDF successfully.

This leads me to believe that the issue may not be with Adobe Acrobat: PDF Edit itself, but rather with my Google account. Do you have any further solutions? I appreciate your help in advance.
