Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2020.006.20042 missing Adobe Sign Tool

I can't find anywhere online about if the name was changed on this tool, but I can't find it in this version but it was available in 2019.008.20071.

What I'm trying to do:

I have a document that I need to sign electronically then have a certification page created and mailed to me. This works when I send a document to someone else, but if I sign it myself, the certification is not created.

If the issue still persists please update the application to the new version 20.009.20065 and see if that helps. Go to Help > Check for updates.
