Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Share Tool Not Functioning Properly

New Here ,
Oct 15, 2019 Oct 15, 2019

My company uses Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to share PDFs for review, commenting, etc. Up until this morning all was well. Now, after it appears some updates to Adobe CC rolled out and were installed, the "Share" function is not working. Here's my process:

Create a PDF > Click Share button in Acrobat Pro DC > Select the "Review" option > click inside the invite address bar > Receieve ERROR message: You have been logged out. An error occurred. Please try signing out, and signing in again.

I do the process and it yields same error each time.

Hi JDJohnson!

We're sorry for the trouble you had, would you mind sharing the version of current Acrobat Pro DC is installed? To identify, please take help from the article https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

Are you on a Windows machine or on Mac and what is the version?

Are you experiencing this issue with all the PDF files or with one specific PDF file?

Sign out from Acrobat, reboot the machine and check.

You may try removing Acrobat once using the Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

reboot the machine and install Acrobat from Download Acrobat DC installer for Enterprise term or VIP license

Let us know how it goes and share your observations.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

Hi Hi JDJohnson,

We are not able to reproduce the issue.

Could you please check again and let us know if it is working now. There might be a temporary service issue at that moment.

Regards,

Arvind
