Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Unable to find Adobe PDF Printer

New Here ,
Nov 14, 2021 Nov 14, 2021

Acrobat Pro DC I  have license  by internet user.

I haven't been able to find the pdf printer since a few days ago.

I tried the same installation on another PC for testing, but the same installation does not work.

When Acrobat DC pro 2015 version is installed, Adobe PDF printer is installed and works normally.

When installing the latest version of Acrobat DC pro, the 2015 version Adobe PDF printer is deleted and the new printer cannot be installed.

Currently I cannot use Acrobat DC pro adobe PDF printer.

I'm paying for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC every month, so please fix it quickly.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, When installing the latest version of Acrobat DC pro, the 2015 version Adobe PDF printer is deleted and the new printer cannot be installed.

What happens when you try to use the Adobe PDF printer with the new version? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

What is the build/version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and check if its 64bit or 32 bit and make sure you have the recent version 21.07.20099 installed. Go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check.

You may also try to manually install the PDF printer as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/add-pdf-printer-manually.html and see if that helps.

Regards

Amal
