Adobe Acrobat Pro digital signature flattening printing document wrong

Adobe Acrobat DC 2015 - When digitally signing a document and then flattening it, documents are sometimes, not always, printing landscape or sometimes upside down instead of portrait.  We have checked all print settings to fit to paper and remain portrait but it still prints wrong.

You have mentioned above that you are digitally signing the document. Once you sign the document, the document gets automatically flattened.

How exactly you flatten the document after adding the digital signature? Would you please share the exact workflow?

Also, the PDF prints otherways only sometimes not always. Did you check if there are any presets applied to the document?
