Adobe Acrobat Pro - Disappearing Info

Hello,

I am using Acrobat Pro. I have a secured document filled form with signatures. When I try to print to PDF, the pre-filled information disappears and is blank.

The confusing part is that on my other laptop and my colleague's laptops, it works and the info remains but for others, it does not. It is not consistent.

Does anyone have a thought as to why?

Have you checked the print settings?  There is an option at the bottom of the print dialog titled "Comments and Forms". The options are not well explained. Make sure it is set to "Documents and Markups".

Everything looks good on that end and still the same issues.
