Adobe Acrobat Pro - Document signature issue

Good Day ,

Please advise if Adobe has released a fix for the issue I experienced today.

I tried to send a pdf document for e-signature however the progress is currently stuck at 72% for the past 2 hours.

I am aware that a few other users have experienced the same issue.
