@Kevin390473015hxo The most probable cause is a problem with your Adobe Acrobat Pro license or activation. If the software cannot verify your license, it will often disable or gray out advanced features. Where exactly did you get this license? If you got it through Adobe's website, and not a third-party website, I would uninstall Adobe Acrobat Pro. I would use Adobe Cleaner from Adobe website versus using any third party cleaner. Adobe Cleaner helps remove old Adobe software, cleaning corrupt installation files, and fixing your host files to establish a connection with Adobe servers. https://helpx.adobe.
Then log back into adobe.com , download and install the Adobe Acrobat Pro. And it should work great soon after!

Thanks for the feedback! I got the license through my employer. I suspect the issue might be related to some new firewall settings interfering with the license verification. I’ll check in with our IT department about it. Appreciate the helpful tip and the link!

Hello Kevin!
I hope you are doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response.
I'm following up to see if you've tried the suggestions our community product expert shared. Are you still experiencing the issue? Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.2043x Optional update, Mar 19, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/3RnPF1b
We also checked your account with the Adobe ID (email) you used to log in to Adobe Community and found that you don't have an active Acrobat subscription. Please ensure you are using the Adobe ID (email) to sign in to the app through which you purchased the license or your organization assigned the license if your company has procured the license.
I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.

Yes, I saw the suggestions from the community expert—very helpful! I’m currently using a license provided by my employer, so I believe the issue might be related to our company’s firewall settings, which may be blocking the license verification. I’ll reach out to our IT department to investigate further.
I also double-checked, and I'm running the latest version of Acrobat (25.001.2043x). I'll make sure to stay on top of any future updates as well.
