Hi Patrick

Looking at the description above, if we understand correctly, you haven't been able to launch/open Adobe Acrobat after installation. Is that right?

  1. Open the Activity Monitor>select the Acrobat process running in the background> Force Quit> Now launch Acrobat.
  2. No luck? Reboot the computer
  3. Uninstall the application and its old traces using a cleaner tool: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

and reinstall: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Let us know the result.

Thanks,

Akanchha
