Adobe Acrobat Pro

I have a subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro through my university however I am unable to access it. I have downloaded Creative Cloud Desktop and Acrobat DC but whn I try to access the redact tool (which only comes with Pro) it is not available. After MANY hours of trying to fix this problem, sometimes a message will come up saying I need to download Pro to do the editing I want, but when I activate this download nothing happens.

Can anyone advise?

But when I down load Pro, a window comes up saying it is 'installing' but nothing happens after that

It could take a few hours if your internet connection is slow. I don't know how long you've left it...

 

But you seemed to say in your first post that you have "downloaded Acrobat DC but whn I try to access the redact tool...". And you mention a message that you must download Pro. So I'm looking for that message, something seems very wrong.

I waited several hours. I can't get a screen shot of the message saying I need to download Pro, as it came up a few times over many hours of going between links and screens and trying to fix the problem. In any case, when I do go to download it, the download never resolves.
