Hi!
I've been using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC "Text" ("T") function to type my notes but whenever I use the function to type my notes now, I am able to type my notes, but I cannot see them afterwards. They seem to disappear and only show up if I double click over where the notes supposedly shouild be (I cant see where the note is, I onlt know this by guessing).
Is there anyway to get the notes to actually show up using this function, instead of having them disappear after??

Hi Jassy
We are sorry for the trouble. As described the notes disappear after some time.
Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.
Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader you are using? To check the version of the application please use the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html)
Make sure you have the latest version of the application v20.006.20042 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.
Also, please try to repair installation (For Windows Only) Go to Help > Repair Installation
Let us know how it goes

Hi!
Thanks for the advice. This happens for every PDF file and I updated Adobe to get the latest version that you mentioned, but it still does the same thing.
Thanks,
Jassy

Hi Jassy
Thanks for sharing the update.
Are you on a Mac or Windows Machine?
Please collect the Procmon (Process Monitor) logs if you are on Windows OS. Download the Process Monitor Tool (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon), run the tool, recreate the issue and collect the logs.
For Mac, Please collect the logs as described (https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/console/cnslbf30b61a/mac)
Upload the logs file to the document cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/) generate the link and share it with us for testing.
Regards
Amal
