We have an assistant who got a new computer and had Adobe Acrobat Standard XI installed on her old computer. We have installed Adobe Acrobat Standard XI on her new computer, entering the serial number when requested. When she opens Adobe a notice appears entitled Serial Number Upgrade. It requires a product be selected, but none of those products are applicable. The licence purchased was for Adobe Acrobat Standard XI. In addition, even when we try several of the options and enter the serial number for her licence it is not accepted.
Please advise how to resolve this issue so she is able to use Adobe Acrobat Standard XI.

The license your assistant is using is an upgrade license - a cheaper license for people who had Acrobat 9 or X. So, to prove the license is valid, you just have to give the license for that old product. That's the "qualifying product" talked about. You need BOTH serial numbers, keep them safe.

We have been through a few different staff that were in charge of adobe for our employees, but I believe I was able to locate the original serial number and the program is now up and running.
