Adobe Acrobat Version 25.1
Windows 11 24H2
Wanted to use the turn around page feature from Acrobat Writer today. but immediately after starting the program, another empty popups appears and the complete programm is closing. there is no error in windows events logged. there is no error in adobe acrobats folders. nothing the app just went from everything is fine a few weeks ago to completly unusable today.
I already did a reinstallation of the program. did the "cleanup" of the windows registry as mentioned in another bug post. but nothing helps. when installing the Adoe Acrobat READER the programm will start and stay open. but immediately after upgrading / installing the update to WRITER it will again run into the error...
Any Idea?

... just found the issue while writing down the test results.
when starting the adobe acrobat writer and the cached login is failed it wants to do a login again (maybe the empty popups).
when starting the app in normal user mode it will permanently crash and only show for a short time "login" instead of the profile
when starting the app with admin rights it will open the same popups for 1 second but than the login button will switch to the user profile and the app will stay active...
when starting the app again in normal user mode to user profile is now active
looks like there is some right issue with the reathentification process in the background which wants more rights than it has and instead of asking for admin rights it is just crashing ...
adobate acrobat writer is still showing no newer updates even by forcing it via menu -> search for updates it says up to date

Thank you for the information.
Could you please share the complete Acrobat version number currently installed on the machine? Also, collect the log and share the log ID so we can share it with the team for checking.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
