I am trying to Deactivate the Serial Number on my old computer so that I can install on my new computer. Every time I try to Deactivate it says "Deactivation was not succesful. Please try again." and returns an Error Code #194:8. I even chatted with someone from support and we tried a couple things but so far nothing is working. I cannot use the Serial Number on the new device as it returns a message saying "This serial number is not valid for this product." And yes, I have double checked to make sure that both computers have the Acrobat X Standard installed. Any suggestions or solutions are welcome. I use this program and its features all the time.
