It's been a while since I've upgraded my Adobe Acrobat application.
I'm wondering if I can download and install a stand-alone newer version of Acrobat with similar features that I have with Acobate XI Pro?
I don't want a yearly subscription. I only want to install a stand-alone, one license, version of a newer version of Acrobat.
Is that even possible now? I used to be able to call customer service (for free) and talk to them about what I had (Acrobat v8, v9, vX, and vXI) and they would help me with an update that I paid for over the phone and then was able to download the upgrade version.,
Is that even possible now or is Adobe only offering subscription applications now?
Thank you,
Matt

Acrobat is about the only Adobe app with the option of perpetual licenses. Upgrade eligibility is 2 versions; you could have upgraded at reduced price to Acrobat 2015 or Acrobat 2017, but Acrobat 2020 would now be full price.
Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff, pretending to have deals. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @Deleted User, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.

Thank you. I ended up discovering and buying Acrobat 2020 Pro from the Adobe website. I just got it up and running. I upgraded Acrobat XI in 2013 so it might take me another seven years till I upgrade to Acrobat 2027! 🙂
