Windows 11 Home O.S. Build 26100.6584

Acrobate Standard User

Not sure if there was an update but i have had to delete the Adobe Acrobat and redownload becasue I coud not sign in. I was able to sign in however everytime a tried to rotate pages in the thumbnail window another window pops up telling me I have to upgrade to pro. The rotate function is a feature for standard users. So i signed out and signed BACK in and now the upgrade window does not pop up. Now however when I try to rotate a group of pages in the thumbnail window it opens a browser window in chrome. I have uncheck "show inline storage when opening files" "show online storage when saving files", in the prefrences in the windows application  and deleted the Adobe chrome extension and even gone so far as to block pop-ups. None of that works. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
