Hi @Graeme1983,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

In case you are still looking for a solution, you might want to try the below steps:

Restart the BITS Service:

  • Open Services (type services.msc in the Start menu).
  • Find Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) in the list.
  • Right-click it and select Restart.
  • After restarting, try uploading the file again and check if the issue persists.

Clear the Cache:

  • Adobe ARM might be using cached files that are corrupted. Try clearing the cache and forcing a fresh download:
    • Delete the contents of the following folder (if they exist): C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\ARM\S

Check Permissions:

  • Ensure that the affected users have the correct permissions to write to the AppData\Local\Adobe\ARM folder.
  • Right-click the folder, go to Properties > Security, and ensure the users have Full Control over it.

While you do these steps, please ensure you are on the latest version of the application (2024.005.20xxx) for the best experience.
