Adobe changing format/text

Hello, 

I created a document off of a word document. I password protected the document so that the doc itself wouldnt be able to be revised but have fillable boxes for people to use and fill out. 

Recently we have folks having issues with font sizes changing within the fillable boxes and contents getting cut off. 

Has anyone else had this issue and if so how do we fix it without having to start all over with a new document?

Set the font size of these fields to Auto.

All the boxes I added for fillable areas are set to Auto fill already and we still have this issue

Auto fill? That's not related to what I mentioned. I'm talking about this setting:

Sorry, I worded it wrong, this is how I have the boxes set up. The font size is set to auto and we still have the issues.

Even with this setting it's possible the text becomes too long to show in the field's area. To prevent that from happening tick off the "Scroll Long Text" check-box under Options, and the user won't be able to enter text that overflows beyond the field.

This is done also and doesn't remedy then issue.
