Hi, somebody having the same issue? I'm trying to access to ADOBE Cloud for using ADOBE pdf export, but server does not responde, since monday 14 th Nov
Contact with service support has been useless so far. Can you help me?
Update:
Our engineering team has taken care of this issue, and the services should be up and running fine now. You may try to load the webpage again and see if you can access the Document Cloud services.

When you say Adobe Cloud service isn't working, we believe you are referring to the Document Cloud cloud web here. Is it the link/website you have been trying to access https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/
Try the following steps and let us know if that helps:
1- Try with different web browser
2- Clear cache or cookies
3- Share the screenshot of the error if you still see the message.
4- Share the URL you have been trying to access at your end.
Important: If the suggestion above doesn't work, please share the HAR file with us.
