Acrobat Version 2024.002.1005 no longer has the option to filter comments by 'Checked' or 'Unchecked'. Having this option makes completing amends so much easier as the amend is removed from the list once completed. Having them all to view, even the ones which have been ticked is annoying and doesnt help work flow. Is this filter going to be reinsated as its a step back and doesnt improve the app in anyway, being able to filter comments by colour or person isnt that useful but having the option to fully filter whichever way you want should be!

@avbluecube @Craig Long 66 @Elaine Wilson 2 @CiaranDowneyOH,
Please update the application to the latest version (24.004.202xx) which has a fix to the issue.
Do let me know if the issue still persists with the latest version.

The latest update seems to have fixed the issue in part although still slightly buggy. I have a particular pdf which when i tick a comment that has been compled and then go to the filter field the 'checked/ unchecked ' boxes still don't appear but if i click the filter comments icon again to close the window and then click it again to open the window still nothing but if i click yet again to close and yet again to open the window the 'checked/ unchecked ' boxes appear! Seems strange that opening and closing the filter comments box 3 times makes the check boxes appear - they should be there the first time because if i wasnt as persistent in clicking on ther filter 3 times id still be telling you it doesnt work! We are so close to fixing this!

I'm still on 2024.003.20180, but the issue sort of self-resolved at some point. Installing the update now and will let you know if it comes back.
We (well, some of us) really appreciate your responsiveness here. Thanks.

@Elaine Wilson 2 Thanks for your kind words.
@avbluecube With the latest update, this should be resolved.
Would you mind doing a fresh install and then trying again?
Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works for you.
