Our users on RDS are getting this error randomly throughout the day. The suggested fixes to ensure access to the %temp% dir have been tried, but Distiller should already have access to that location. We have upgraded Acrobat to the latest version and uninstalled Adobe Reader. The issue persists, and the error just randomly appears throughout the day for all users, whether doing something Adobe related or not. Curiously, it does not appear to be affecting the functionality of Acrobat or printing.
Does anyone have any ideas on where to look next?

We are having a similar issue with a user here, but they get the error randomly when trying to print to PDF. The device locks up and they have to Ctrl+Alt+Delete and kill the Acrobat task to continue using the computer.

I never got the email, however, I went into Admin Console and my user with the issue was assigned the applications but not to our all-app user group anymore. I added him back into the user group and that has got him going. He was previously in the group so we aren't sure what caused him to be removed. He will let me know if the issue happens again, but at this point he is working.

@AnandSri issue is reoccuring today with the same user. Still have not got your email like the others here, can you just post the information you are requesting and give us an email to send the information to? It seems this is an issue for many people.

Hello @AnandSri, thank you for your efforts.
I also have the same problem with my users.
They have the pop-up Unable to create the temporary folder. Error:5 - acces is denied.
Even when they are given full admin access to the workstation, the error message still appears.
Could you please share the solution with me also.

I tried sending the email, but got the error message that it was not able to send it due to the restrictions on attachments and the recipient's restrictions. I will share additional information via email as a text.

According to this post it appears to be known about by the Adobe engineering team and they have collected logs from other customers already........
