Adobe file showing wrong information when opened

I have a PDF file attached to an email in outlook. When I preview the file it shows the correct information on the PDF form, but if I open it or save it and open it, it shows information from an older form.  Anyone know what to do?

It sounds like you are opening a different version after you save it.  Did you try "Save As" with a different name and/or location?

If the PDF is already filled, please ensure that you are opening the correct file. 

If the issue still occurs, please share the screen recording of how you save the PDF and what happens when you open the PDF.

I have tried that.  It does not make a difference.  The file is a file I did not create.  It was sent to me by someone else from my office.  If I view the file in preview, it is the correct information she wanted to send.  If I open the file directly or if I save it on my computer and open it, it shows information from an old file of hers.  When she opens the file, it shows the correct information.  Also, this is a form that she filled in and sent, so I believe it has something to do with fillable forms.
