Adobe functions empty word 2019 adobe pro 2020 Mac

After installing Adobe pro 2020 no functions appear in word 2019 mac

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please confirm if it happens only with the MS Word application? Try to check with other MS applications as we have never heard of this issue before. 

Please share the version number of Acrobat 2020 and MS Word currently installed on Mac.

Try re-installing both applications once. You may re-install Acrobat 2020 from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html.

It does not appear in excel
In word and power point it appears but it is empty
