Hi all,
not sure if this is the right forum, please redirect me in case I'm wrong.
I'm looking for a solution for the following issue:
I greated a document in word, exported to Acrobat DC and added the differen field text to create an editable document. So far so good, but if I print this document afterwards, all field boxes are missing (added text is visible but the field itself is not visible; this would be required to add text the analog way).
So I found the option to activate the field for printing under settings > field properties > common properties, but this is inactive / greyed out for ALL fields (and they are not locked) ?!?
If I open a complete different document, these fields are available but also the whole field properties look completly different. So it must be file dependent, but I don't know where / how?
Second doc with different settings:
Sorry for the german screenshots.
So where can I change the document settings to enable the settings in the first document?
Thanks in advance
Svenja

The first document is a Adobe Sign form, the second a Acrobat form.

Thanks for the information.
Since this is new to me, whats the difference and how can I change the original issue that the option to displaying the fields is greyed out? How can I change to Acrobat Forms?
Thanks in advance
Svenja
