Adobe PDF Jobs Fail with Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand: composefont

Participant ,

I am tying to print a lengthy & complex Word document to the Adobe PDF printer but the job fails part of the way through and spits out a text file instead containing the following:

%%[Page: 200]%%
%%[Page: 201]%%
%%[ Error: MS-Mincho not found. Font cannot be embedded. ]%%
%%[ Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand: composefont ]%%

Stack:
[/MS-Mincho]
/WinCharSetFFFF-H
/TT4C640C5DtH

%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

What needs to be done in situations like this in order to convert a file into a PDF?

What does it mean what? MS-Mincho is a Japanese font that features serifs at the end of its strokes... you need to go and install additional fonts in Windows Store see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/typography/font-list/ms-mincho
