Adobe Print Crashes when copying a cell in excel to use as file name

I am Currently using Office 365 and Adobe Pro DC.  When I make changes to an excel document and need to produce a pdf to send to a building department.  So once I enter my basic info and need to save it.  Each document has to start with the site name once it is saved.  So I copy the inoformation from within the Cell. Choose file Print and choose Adobe PDF.  Once the box comes up to save it, I past the cell info in and that then crashes my entire printer service.  This doesn't happen with Microsoft Save to PDF and doesn't happen in Word.  I also tried clicking in the cell and highlight the information but the same thing happens.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description that the printer service crashes when saving with a new name using Adobe PDF printer. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?

1. OS name and version?

2. Acrobat DC Application version?

Kindly follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Repair Acrobat DC application. ( Choose Help > Repair Acrobat Installation )

2. Then check if it still crashes. If yes, then repair the MS Office 365 and then check again.

3. If the issue still persists then create a new Adobe PDF printer. Here is a help document you can refer to: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/add-pdf-printer-manually.html

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harsh

@defaultmbtjy6xvfj8s did you ever find a resolution to this? I have the exact same issue and scenario where this happens to me, but only intermittently. I am trying the "repair installation" suggestion for Acrobat, so we'll see.
