Adobe Pro 11 Plug-in not showing up in Excel

Hello,

We're having an issue where the Adobe Plugin is "missing" from Office after a re-install of Adobe Pro 11. We're using Office 365, and I can see the plug-in listed as active, but there is no tab or Save as PDF option. I confirmed the load behavior is set to 3 in the registry, have tried disabling and re-enabling the plug-in and re-registering the plugin, but nothing has resolved the issue.

What exact version of Acrobat XI do you have? And what's your OS version?

You should update to the latest version available (11.0.23) and then try it.

You can get the updates here: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/11.x/

Hi Try,

I updated the version, and the addin does show up, but the document fails to convert fully. Its sounding like it's an issue with the excel spreadsheet at this point. Do you concur?

LATEST

Hard to say without seeing both the Excel and the PDF file.
