Adobe Pro install fails because of date of birth

New Here ,
Apr 03, 2024 Apr 03, 2024

Hi all,

I have assigned an Adobe Pro license to a new user via our Adobe Admin Console at the invitation. I have connected to the user's laptop and followed the link to register an Adobe Account. At that point where we have to fill the date of birth i don't remember what i entered (maybe i gave 2020 instead of 2000). So when we identify the user with the 6 digit code it says:

"Access Denied. You are not eligible to use Creative Cloud services due to the Service Eligibility Requirements."

This article would be very useful:

https://helpx.adobe.com/hu/creative-cloud/kb/you-eligible-cc.html

But we can't even log into the Adobe Account because of the error message. I read something that the user must be 18 or over. Can it be a problem? And if this is a problem (that i have entered the wrong year) how can i reset the DOB?

I tried to delete the user from Admin Console and reinvite the user but the result is the same.

Should i try to invite the user again without any products assigned to her?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Balazs

Hi there,

Please contact Adobe Support via the Admin console support tab to resolve this issue.

In the meantime, you may also try the workaround shared here: https://adobe.ly/4cTH3bb

Hope this helps.
