Adobe Pro Not working on laptop

New Here ,
Sep 17, 2024 Sep 17, 2024

I have the subscription for Adobe Pro. I am having an issue with the features not working on my HP Elitebook. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling I have search the community forum to see if anyone else had this issue. I have logged out of my desktop app and went to a coworkers computer to see if I can use all the features of the pro that I pay for and on her computer everything works correctly. When I come back to my computer and log back in I loose the majority of my features. If I open the web version it has limited features but the ones that I cannot use on my desktop app I can use in the web. Anyone know what is happening or if there is a fix for this? I have even logged into my laptop at home which is a HP computer (Not Elitebook) and everything works just fine. Help.

Hi @Jennifer28459415cwrt,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat!

What I understand from the description is that you are using Acrobat Reader on the laptop where you experience the issue, while the others have Acrobat Pro DC installed.

You might want to try the below step:

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

Let us know if that works for you.
