Adobe pro showing "no internet connection" even when there is!!

I have been using the Adobe sign functionality in Adobe pro DC without issue while remote working (using VPN). However today I started to get "No Internet Connection" message when I try to send the pdf for signing. I can send the document via the web browser but not the desktop app. I have tried all the solutions in 'How to resolve connection errors' help page on the Adobe site including:

Test connection to Adobe activation servers - yes i have a connection

Reset hosts files - n/a no adobe files in the hosts file

Make sure you can access secure sites - yes I can

Check GlobalSign Root CA Certificate - done and allowed

Nothing helped.

Any other solutions or anyone else having similar problems.

Great!

Just curious... Did you performed an update of Windows 10 or it just started working normally on its own?
