Adobe Pro shuts down a few seconds after opening.

I am running Windows 11. Yesterday my Abobe wasn't quite functioning correctly (started to run slow and then not at all) and so I ran a repair to the app. Once I ran it, DC would open for a couple of seconds and close.

I have tried the fixes shown on the Community with no success and, as someone who needs continual access to Pro, I am in a dilemma. I am running Pro 22.01.00169 and Cloud 5.7.1.1.

I changed my desktop a few weeks ago and initially, after re-downloading Pro it ran absolutely fine, and I have changed nothing as I am not an IT guru.

Can anyone help?

Hi,

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reporting this to us.

Looking at the description above, it seems that you have started experiencing the issue after updating the application to version  22.01.00169.

Since running a repair did not help here either. Please try the below-mentioned steps:

1- Run this cleaner tool for the removal of the app and its file traces: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

2- Download it once again from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
