Dear all,

One of our users have Adobe Pro on two machines and contacted us to help her with this issue:

Adobe Pro keeps asking for login on her desktop. I told her that she can only be logged in on one machine at a time. She said that she doesn't use her laptop at that moment, it is turned off. Can someone help me what should i try? I have checked the credentials manager service, it is running. All apps (Creative Cloud and Adobe Pro) are up to date. I have deleted all credentials from Credential Manager which belomged to Adobe. Interestingly there were

- 31 (yes, 31) rows with "Adobe App info" with saved password - from different days, some on the same date

- 2 times with the same id: ACC.com.adobe.acc.container......random_id......
- Adobe Dummy Credential
- Adobe User Info(Part1)
- Adobe User Info(Part2)
- Adobe User OS Info(Part1)

(picture attached)

What are these credentials? What could go wrong?

Thank you very much for your help.
