I am already paying $14.99/mo for Adobe DC. Can I upgrade to Adobe Pro without being double-charged? If so, how?

Acrobat Pro is version DC. What is the exact name if the subscription you have today?

Can you give a screen shot of your opened Acrobat DC, including the title bar (Windows) or menu bar (Mac)? Something is strange here, because that's what you should get for NO subscription at all.

I think you may have replied with a screen shot by email. That doesn't work, you can only add images in the web view. It SOUNDS as if what has happened is that there is a problem with Acrobat verifying your subscription; so don't take out a second subscription without seeing what happened to the first one. Please check your Adobe account under "Plans" and see what it says for the subscrioption. If it says the subscription is suspected, that's a billing problem to fix. On the other hand, if it says the subscription is active, there's some kind of technical issue (or wrong login) stopping Acrobat from checking the subscription.

I am still struggling with getting Acrobat Pro to open and perform as it has in the past. I have two emails with Google. One is my home email and one is my work. When I go to Adobe.com to check my account and use my home email, it shows that I have an active subscription. When I check further, it shows my work email as secondary. However, if I receive a .pdf in my work email, it won't let me edit. If I go to Adobe online and change to my home email, it still won't let me edit. HELP!
What will happen if I remove my work email from my subscription account?

It doesn't matter where the file goes to.
What matters is that you're logged in to the account that has the subscription in Reader/Acrobat.
