My company has paid for an Acrobat Pro DC membership for me.  I've downloaded the Creative Cloud Desktop and am supposed to be able to download Pro from there but it is not an available app.  I am logged into Creative Cloud and when I go to my account I can see the membership. How can I see this app to be able to download the Pro program?

do you have a current os?

 

if yes, reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
