Hi ,
I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. and I have a PDF which has all security permissions true (I have test it on Adobe Acrobat X Pro). But not shown in the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
Please check attachment for the same.
Please help me why these permissions not shown.

same thing is happend in Adobe Reader 9 also.
Here is also some permissions are not shown of unEncrypted PDF document.
Is there any limitation of Adobe Reader 9 also?

We don't know what kind of features and bugs are found in all the ancient and obsolete versions of Reader. You are free to experiment!

Acrobat Reader is free and has only one purpose. To encourage people to want more and pay for Acrobat. Don't be surprised.

Reader is very limited, yes. As the name suggests, it is intended to view PDF files, not edit or create them (which is what extracting a page does, effectively). In order to be able to do that you need to get Acrobat, or the PDF Pack online service.
