Adobe Reader DC extremly slow

Hi,

the last couple of weeks Reader and PRO is slow on my machine, it takes about 40 seconds to open a small PDF, i run version 2019.012.20034 on both,

If i downgrade reader to 2019.008.20071 and uninstall PRO, reader works perfectly ?

Could really need some help, we are running on Window 7

Hi Oleg,

Apologies for the delay in response, I hope you would be able to fix it by now.

If the problem still persists, it is not recommended to have Adobe Reader and PRO installed on the same computer as Adobe Reader is a subset of Adobe Acrobat DC.
