Adobe Reader version problem free version which goes to PRO

Community Beginner ,
Jun 06, 2024 Jun 06, 2024

Good morning,

We have TSE (win server 2019) which have Adobe Reader in free version just to view PDFs. Issue : The free version becomes PRO and therefore becomes unusable because you need an account. Can you provide me with an offline version?

Sincerely,

why does the free version of Adobe Reader go pro without asking me on TSE servers in Windows 2016 -2019?

Having the same issue... I was wondering why did I say "pro" on the app now.
I can't see PDF files anymore even though it is supposed to be a free app.

Good morning,

Indeed, on a client PC, there is no problem.

On a Server, I have this problem with several servers.

Why does Adobe Reader check for updates in the free version and update us to the PRO version only on Windows servers (2016-2019-2022)?

The client only needs it to view documents, they don't need it to edit.

Sincerely,
