Adobe Reader XI, Check Updates - Update Failed

Windows 64-Bit PC

I went into Help -> Check for Updates... It came up with Update Failed. Is there a way to force the update? I'm not too sure why it is failing.

I was trying to see if this was the cause for incomplete PDFs printing. I am also investigating the printer drivers currently.

I have in my Dutch version als a problem.

I used to move the folder Y:\My Documents tot C:\My Documents but this workaround does not help
