I'm online, and the creative cloud app shows my license and that acrobat is installed. Yet I get this message: "We can't reach the Adobe servers". Everything has been working fine for many many months.
Are Adobe's servers offline?

Make sure that your firewall or antivirus isn't blocking it.

No changes in the settings on either the firewall or the antivirus.

The solution that worked for me was to uninstally Acrobat DC, then reinstall it. No idea what that was necessary...
