Adobe says I need to buy but then says I all ready own.

I am trying to convert a word doc to a PDF.  I have Adobe on my computer.  Instead of converting the doc a message says my trial is over and I need to buy.  When I go to buy I get a massage saying I already own (which is true) but I still can't get my document to save as PDF
