Hello all,
Currently running the following
Windows 10
Office 365 1902
Adobe Acrobat Standard DC 2015 Continuous v2015.007.20033
So i have an ongoing issues where Adobe Send and Track keeping coming up with the following after i click on the ribbon Send and Track
I get this error "Adobe ID not found. Please open Acrobat and sign in with your Adobe ID".
I have tried to do this but i have no where to sign into acrobat reader.
Can anyone assist should i be using Adobe document cloud?
Ive installed adobe through our enterprise account "Adobe for Teams".
Cant find any answer on line, done numerous repairs to office and cleanip tool to adobe error still persists.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused, as you are experiencing trouble with Adobe Send and Track and you have Adobe Acrobat Standard DC. Are you are trying to use send and track through Adobe Reader? It's a free service with limited features and I believe its the one causing the trouble.
Also as mentioned above, you have a very old version of Adobe Acrobat Standard DC. Adobe recommends updating to the latest version to get access to the latest features and functionalities. Please follow the below steps to update the application.
